Report - Error Message/Won't open correctly

Description

Error messages may appear due to a number of reasons such as during the installation process some of the registry was not installed correctly or/and insufficient windows permissions or/and windows undergone recent program upgrades



STEPS

1. Try logging off ICXE and restarting the PC or Server hosting Inventory Controller XE.
 
2. If you still receive error message check that your Windows Permissions have not changed and if running multiple users mode and that the network settings have not changed. It is recommended that you consult with your IT provider. 

3. If you are still having issues running Inventory Controller XE then it is recommended that you that you; 


  • Backup your ICXE Database and Custom Forms.
  • Do a full REINSTALL of Inventory Controller XE
