Print - Single and Lists Item (Product) Barcodes

From the Tools menu Print Barcodes gives Inventory Controller XE user the ability to print either Single Barcodes, a List of Barcodes, a Range of Barcodes and Bin Labels.

This support article looks at how to print just Single Barcodes and a List of Barcodes.


To Print Single Barcodes

1. Select Tools - Barcodes -  Print Barcodes...

2. Select Bacode Layout and Label Form
All the available templates, including any custom designs will be included in the drop down box. 

3. Enter the Barcode Number and the quantity to be printed.



4. Select Print Barcodes...




To Print a List of Barcodes

1. Select Toots - Barcodes -  Print Barcodes...

2. Select Bacode Layout and Label Form
All the available templates, including any custom designs will be included in the drop down box. 

3. Select List... Tab  

4. Enter the Barcode Number and the quantity to be printed. 

5. Select Add..
Repeat Steps 4 to 5 for additional barcodes to be added.

6. Select Print Barcodes...
