Stock Register- Viewing the Audit Trail

Description

The Stock Registry, provides a powerful and extensive audit trial that enables a user to search items/batch & Serial numbers by date filter, by the transaction type, by location and by bin location. 

All selected information within the Stock Register can be exported out and/or displayed in excel or as a pdf format.

Detail Steps

To locate Details of Closed Stock transactions select CTRL + H or Item History from the shortcuts sidebar in the ICXE Item Register or Select Stock Registry from the Flowchart.

From the Stock Register double-click the Transaction to Open the original entry.
