DESCRIPTION
Error messages such as below these error messages may appear due to a number of reasons such as during the installation process some of the registry need not install correctly, insufficent windows permission or you may even undergone recent program
updates/product upgrades or Microsoft Updates.
STEPS
to (take in order).
1. Try logging off ICXE and restarting the PC or Server hosting Inventory Controller XE.
2. If you have an error message like below check that your Windows Permissions have not change and if running mulitple users over a network that the network settings have not changed. For the later it is recommended that you consult your IT provider.
3. If you are still having issues running Inventory Controller XE then it is recommended that you that you;
- Backup your ICXE Database and Custom Forms.
- Do a full REINSTALL of Inventory Controller XE
