Deleting a Check In

Description

This document explains how to un-receive or/and delete a Check In.

Detail Steps

  1. Go to Receiving Register.
  2. Search for your Transaction.
  3. Double click on the order to review.
  4. Select Undo Check In Button.
  5. Confirm by Selecting Yes.
  6. Once processed the order will be un-received, you can enter the correct details and press record.
  7. If you wish to completely remove the transaction from register please select  Delete Check In option.
  8. Order will be completely deleted.

Related Information

Only stock available on the shelf can be undone, if one or more items is on hold you will need to release the stock from hold prior to undoing the receive, has already left the warehouse an investigation should be done followed by a stock adjustment.
