Detail Steps

Turn off the printer. Press and hold the feed button while turning the printer back on. The printer should signal you by displaying a flashing light. When you see this signal, stop pressing the feed button. Refer to Product Manual to locate the feed button.
Watch the printer's light and wait for it to turn green. When this happens, the printer will start forwarding blank labels. After a few labels, the printer will print is configuration.
Push the feed button again and the printer will print an "Out of Dump" label. View the configuration and store this label for future support needs.
