Print - Installing PDF Creator

Description

This step will enable users to print to a PDF Driver that will create PDF Files for emailing or document storage.

As a standard printer driver it maybe used for any windows application not just Inventory Controller XE.

Detail Steps

1. Login to the Server as Datapel.

2. Locate the PDF Creator Setup Program on the installation CD.

3. Double Click the file to start the installation.

4. Select “English” for the setup language and Press OK.

5. Press Next when the install wizard loads.

6. Read the license agreement. If you accept then click “I accept the agreement” option and press next.

7. Leave the Installation type as Standard and press Next.

8. Leave the Printer Name as “PDFCreator” and press Next.

9. Leave the Destination location and press Next.

10. On the “Select Components” screen, leave the installation as “Custom Installation” and press Next.

11. Leave the Start Menu Folder Screen and press Next.

12. Leave all the settings for the Additional Tasks and press Next.

13. Press Install to start the install process.

14. Press Finish once the install is complete.
