Adding and Removing Product Pictures
Description
Each Item can show a product picture preview in the ICXE item list "Item Picture" section. Standard Picture size 150 x 140 pixels.
Detail Steps
To add an product picture;
- Highlight the item in the item list by using a single click on the item line required.
- Go to Attachment tab of Inventory Detail screen and right-click on the Attachments tab.
- Click Add… from the context menu and browse the picture (.jpg or .bmp) to be attached.
An item picture file must be named exactly the same as the product item number.
For example Item Number Item345, the image must be named Item345.JPG or Item345.BMP.
To view a picture;
- Go to Items List and select the item record.
- Go to Actions → Show Attachments… OR right-click on the item record and select
Show Attachments… from the context menu. - Double-click on the attachment or click the attachment and click Open Attachment.
Alternatively, you can click on the item record from the Items List and go to the Attachment tab in the below panel as indicated below.
You can double-click on the attachment or right-click on the attachment and select Open from the context menu in order to open the attachment.
To remove an image;
- Right-click on the attachment and select Remove from the context menu.
